Onboarding email
Onboarding emails greet new subscribers, often as a series, to create a positive rapport and market a company’s products and services. They’re great for teaching potential customers more about your brand.
Email marketing professionals should write onboarding emails, tailored to specific user interests and demographics and a convincing call-to-action (CTA).
For example, “Michael, we’re delighted to welcome you to [company] emails, where you’ll find everything you need for fly-fishing around the world. Click below to read our customer’s tale of a trip to Belize, where he caught a record Tarpon and made memories to last a lifetime.”
